We are a U.S.-based recruitment firm partnering with high-growth startups and established companies across industries including construction, technology, finance, and healthcare. We specialize in connecting top-tier professionals with leading employers across the United States.We’re expanding our offshore recruitment team in the Philippines and are looking for a motivated Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who thrives on finding exceptional talent and building relationships.Only apply if you have strong professional English skills and a degree from a top university.What You’ll DoSource candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other online platforms.Conduct initial outreach (LinkedIn messages, emails, and phone calls) to engage potential candidates.Screen resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit based on client requirements.Maintain accurate records of candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate interviews and communicate with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers.Support the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to placement — across multiple roles.Meet weekly activity goals and help build a consistent candidate pipeline.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (U.S. or international markets preferred).Strong English communication skills — written and verbal (clear, confident, and professional).Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and conducting screening calls.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and candidate databases.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup.Why JoinCompetitive monthly pay + performance bonuses.Work directly with U.S. clients and hiring managers.Continuous growth opportunities and career advancement.Supportive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.Compensation:90,000 - 150,000/month (base + commission)This is a performance-driven role — your total monthly earnings will depend on your results. The base pay provides stability, while each successful placement adds commission-based bonuses, allowing top performers to earn significantly more.On average, recruiters who make 1–2 placements per month earn within the stated range. However, consistent high performers who close more placements can exceed 150,000+ PKR/month in total compensation.We believe in rewarding performance — the more successful you are, the more you earn.
