This role will focus on specialized and multi-discipline recruitment, supporting hiring needs across technical, corporate, operational, and travel sales roles.You will partner closely with leaders across multiple brands, build strong talent pipelines, and represent Kensington's employer brand with professionalism and insight. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, adaptable, and skilled at navigating diverse role types and stakeholder groups.What You’ll Do:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of professional roles, including job intake, postings, targeted sourcing, structured interviews, stakeholder alignment, offer facilitation, and pre-onboardingSupport hiring needs across multiple brands and departments, including: Technology & Product (up to 50%), Corporate Functions, Staff & Support Roles, Travel SalesDevelop tailored recruitment strategies that align with role complexity, market conditions, and brand-specific hiring needsConduct proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and outreach to build strong pipelines for niche, technical, and corporate rolesProvide insights and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and talent planningMaintain accurate and timely ATS documentation, ensuring compliance and visibility for internal stakeholdersChampion an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, preparation, and engagementBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional leadership, facilitating smooth and efficient hiring processesSupport employer branding initiatives across multiple brands to enhance market presenceAdapt to evolving business priorities, responding quickly to new or specialized recruitment needsWhat You’ll Need:2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles is an assetBackground in recruiting for sales, corporate, technology, or travel industry rolesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated success in sourcing, executive support recruitment, or specialized/niche talent searchesStrong ability to partner with stakeholders, influence decisions, and manage expectationsTechnical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ATS proficiency (Greenhouse is an asset); comfort learning and championing new HR tech and recruitment tools
