Role DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (Offshore- India) and other sourcing platforms to identify and attract top global tech talent. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding, for technical roles across global regions.Key ResponsibilityManage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (software, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.).Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter: build Boolean searches, send InMails, manage talent pipelines, and track response/conversion metrics.Post jobs, track applicants, and manage candidate communication via LinkedIn and ATS.Screen and evaluate technical candidates for fit, availability, and salary expectations.Partner with global hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring goals.Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones.Negotiate offers and manage candidate closures.Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.Track and analyze sourcing metrics (response rate, time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.).Stay updated on LinkedIn recruiting trends, new sourcing tools, and hiring best practices.Required QualificationBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring.Mandatory: Proven expertise in LinkedIn recruiting – experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Talent Insights for sourcing and outreach.Experience hiring for offshore / global markets (EMEA) preferred.Strong knowledge of IT technologies and ability to screen technical profiles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions with minimal supervision.Skills RequiredExperience in LinkedIn campaign analytics or talent pipeline building.Exposure to contract staffing, global recruiting models.Basic knowledge of recruitment marketing or employer branding on LinkedIn.Data-driven mindset and attention to metrics.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Medical Insurance coverage for Self.Exposure to international hiring operations and offshore delivery.Remote flexibility (for the right candidate).Dynamic and inclusive work culture.
