The company specializes in developing technological solutions in the financial field.Job Description: Head Hunter - Technology RecruiterA Head Hunter is a recruitment specialist focused on proactively and strategically identifying candidates for technology-related roles. The recruiter manages the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews and assessments, utilizing an academic background in technology to deeply analyze candidates' skills and align them with job requirements.Responsibilities:Actively search for suitable candidates through professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).Use existing databases and advanced recruiting tools to identify potential candidates.Build professional relationships with candidates who have not yet shown active interest.Conduct initial technical interviews to assess candidates' knowledge and professional experience.Evaluate candidates' skills in relevant technology fields, such as software development, databases, and infrastructure.Create targeted technical questions tailored to job requirements.Proactively approach candidates (Cold Calling/Direct Messaging) and persuade them to consider new opportunities.Guide candidates through all stages of the recruitment process.Provide detailed feedback based on candidates' technical skills.Collaborate with technical managers to understand job requirements and recruit the best-fit candidates.Develop unique and effective recruitment strategies.Build a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.Job Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in actively sourcing and recruiting technology candidates.Experience working with candidates for technology/management positions.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar technology-related discipline).Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced search tools.Familiarity with platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and similar resources for identifying technology candidates.Understanding of complex technological concepts and the ability to assess them.Familiarity with work methodologies, technological tools, and programming languages.Ability to engage in effective conversations and motivate candidates to take action.Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew.Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks while working independently.Advantages:Previous experience working in a technology environment (tech companies or startups).Familiarity with local and international job markets.Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.Required Traits:Creativity, assertiveness, and strategic thinking skills.Flexibility and the ability to adapt to frequent changes.Patience and a positive attitude toward building long-term relationships.
