Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Remote)Location: Remote (Work From Home)Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: Mid-Level (2–4 years preferred)Department: Talent AcquisitionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Recruiter who can confidently manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology, engineering terminologies, and hiring best practices. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across different domains while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client or internal hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates.Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and non-technical interviews to assess candidates’ fit.Work closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements and ensure accurate job descriptions.Use technical understanding to evaluate skills in areas such as software development, data science, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for future roles.Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using ATS or CRM systems.Handle non-technical roles such as HR, marketing, sales, and operations hiring as needed.Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.Strong understanding of technical skills and roles (e.g., Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA, UI/UX Designers, Data Analysts, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Lever, Breezy, or similar) and professional networking tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting for startups or global remote teams.Basic knowledge of HR compliance and global hiring trends.Familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and AI-based recruiting tools.What We Offer100% Remote work with flexible hours.Opportunity to work with a global team and international clients.Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling organization.
