As a Tech Recruiter at Smart Bricks, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across engineering, product, and data functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build scalable hiring processes, create a world-class candidate experience, and ensure we bring in exceptional talent that strengthens our AI-driven platform. This role requires strong recruiting expertise, deep understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while building high-quality teams.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively identify, engage, and nurture top technical talent across engineering, product, and data disciplines through multiple sourcing channels.Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, team leads, and leadership to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment on hiring priorities.Recruitment Process Management: Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, while ensuring a seamless, structured, and positive candidate experience.Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives, helping position Smart Bricks as a top destination for world-class technical talent.Requirements:Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or similar role with a strong track record of hiring for engineering, data, and technical product roles. Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment. Strong understanding of technical skill sets, engineering workflows, and modern software development practices. Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).Experience building and maintaining robust talent pipelines and implementing scalable recruiting processes.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both candidates and hiring stakeholders. Experience working with ATS platforms and analytics to measure and optimize hiring performance. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
