Job Description

Prepare and submit technical job descriptions;Source potential candidates on various platforms;Conduct initial and in-depth interviews for preparation of comprehensive written evaluation/profile per applicant;Recommend qualified applicants to requisitioning department/division heads for interview, assessment and recommendation to Human Resources and Administration Division;Monitor status of referred and endorsed applicants;Assist in preparing, updating and revising job descriptions;Verify pre-employment requirements submitted by the prospective employee/s;Assist on the first day onboarding of new hires; and,Assist in preparation of reports.Minimum QualificationsGraduate of AB/BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any IT-related courseNo licensure or certification requiredAt least 2 years as Technical Recruiter/Recruitment SpecialistGood working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skillsKnowledge of recruitment processes and platformsJob Description writing skillsGood communication skills and interpersonal skillsGood decision-making skillsPriority management
