Below is the Job Description details for the same.Preferred Immediate -15 days JoinersRounds of Interview: Face to FaceKey Role Priorities:Create and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize positions, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.If necessary review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying areas for improvement.Developing competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development.Using job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions.Using recruitment and applicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selection through to on-boarding.Requirements:Proven experience as talent acquisition at least 3 yearsExperience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment brandingUnderstanding of all selection methods and techniquesProficient in the use of social media and job boardsWillingness to understand the duties and competencies of different rolesWorking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databasesExcellent communicator and well-organized leader and strategic thinkerInterested Candidates can share your profile to imranmohammed.1@valuelabs.com
