该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities: Drive the growth of AWS cloud business in the China market. Collaborate with field sales to identify new AWS cloud business opportunities and ensure customer needs are met or exceeded. Responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to contract signing. Build relationships with new and existing customers and pursue new business opportunities within assigned business areas. Work with account managers to ensure alignment with overall strategy and objectives. Maintain detailed knowledge of assigned business areas to engage in meaningful and relevant conversations with customers and prospects. Collaborate with solution architects/practice leaders to ensure appropriate solutions are designed for customers. Provide feedback to account management on ways to shorten the sales cycle, improve sales performance, and enhance company brand and reputation. Develop service contracts and related commercial/cost models based on scope and customer expectations. Technical Qualifications: Able to clearly articulate cloud transformation use cases tailored to customer industry and scale, and understand the customer’s position in the transformation journey. Communicate with all stakeholders in the IT department to understand business needs and challenges, develop IT transformation roadmaps covering (but not limited to) cloud services and modern workplace, and define appropriate support models while clarifying the business value of services offered. Position cloud service consulting and/or professional services to customers based on their needs. Over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology strategy sales/pre-sales, with strong understanding of selling cloud and digital transformation solutions, especially around AWS. Deep understanding of key technologies and trends in cloud, modern workplace, application modernization, data & analytics, containerization, cloud operating models, and cloud economics. Experience preparing and presenting formal proposals to customers. Capable of negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making processes, and overcoming objections to close deals. In-depth knowledge of the public cloud market in Asia and familiarity with cloud consumption economics. Skilled in enterprise solution selling, with a strong ability to sell cloud solutions. Effective regional/account management and sales team leadership skills: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, partner and executive engagement, needs analysis, value engineering, service/partner engagement, opportunity management and proposal response, pipeline management, large license and deal negotiation, etc. Experience and expertise in selling to C-level executives and senior business decision-makers by aligning with and reinforcing overall business or strategic opportunities and decision criteria. Proven experience for cloud projects, especially those involving infrastructure modernization and migration. Strong presentation and public speaking skills, excellent written communication, and demonstrated decision-making, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
