We’re looking for someone who not only excels at sales but also has a solid understanding of the technical side of digital services - someone who can confidently communicate both the value and the functionality of what we offer.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify high-potential jobs on UpworkSend compelling, customised proposals aligned with client needsHandle incoming client chats, project questions, and follow-upsJoin discovery calls (if needed) and close deals independentlyCollaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure delivery feasibilityMaintain records in trackers and follow SOPs consistentlyRequirementsMinimum 1 year of Upwork-based sales experienceStrong understanding of one or more technical domains:Web/app development, design, no-code, automation, AI, or marketingAbility to craft personalised proposals that convertFluent in English (written + spoken)Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Notion, CRMsWhat You GetClear sales targets with support from a structured systemDirect mentorship from the Sales LeadA serious chance to grow into a leadership role if you performCommission on every successful deal you close
