Who we are looking for The Technical Sales Consultant role – Building Sector at Kerakoll Hellas will report to the Area Manager. As the Technical Sales Consultant – Building Sector, you will be responsible to manage and develop current customer portfolio, attract new customers, conduct market research and monitor competition. Visits construction sites to promote products and provide technical support to end users Prepares and presents quotes and offers independently, in line with the agreed guidelines shared with the Area Manager Inputs and tracks orders, monitors their progress, and manages customer records via Salesforce Assesses and monitors customer creditworthiness in coordination with the relevant department Collaborates with Area Manager to define and execute the work strategy in alignment with company objectives Regularly coordinates with Area Manager to review progress against targets and address operational challenges Participates in planning discussions with Area Manager to define budget and targets for the upcoming year Works closely with their Customer Service Specialist to manage orders and handle customer-related processes Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineer, or similar (university or technical school) Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the sales of construction materials Excellent knowledge of construction materials related to external thermal insulation and their application methods Proven track record in identifying new projects and proposing appropriate materials and technical solutions Experience in monitoring construction activity and market competition Strong presentation and communication skills for effectively showcasing products and solutions Ability to manage, develop, and support a diverse client portfolio Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach Greek: Mandatory excellent knowledgeEnglish: very goodMS office: very goodDriving Licence Field work - travel: 90%About UsΟ Όμιλος Kerakoll είναι μια πολυεθνική εταιρεία που δραστηριοποιείται στον κλάδο κατασκευών, με ολοκληρωμένη προσφορά προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών για την κατασκευή καλύτερων χώρων διαβίωσης.Γεννημένη το 1968, στην καρδιά της βιομηχανίας κεραμικών επενδύσεων του Sassuolo, με την παραγωγή συγκολλητικών υλικών πλακιδίων, η Kerakoll λειτουργεί πλέον με τρεις Επιχειρηματικές Μονάδες εστιασμένες στον κόσμο της Τοποθέτησης, της Οικοδομής και των Επιφανειών.Ο Όμιλος έχει περίπου 2.200 άμεσους και έμμεσους εργαζόμενους.
