Automotive Interior Electronics関連製品のOEM向けビジネス拡大をリードしていただきます。営業担当者とチームを組み、顧客の技術部門と密に連携しながら、技術的な提案活動を通じて新規案件の獲得および既存案件の拡大を推進します。完成車メーカーに対して、製品の導入初期から量産立ち上げまでの各フェーズで、技術的視点から営業活動を支援していただきます。主な業務内容:Automotive Interior Electronics関連製品のOEM向けプロモーション活動(全OEM・Tier1対象)営業担当者との同行訪問による顧客提案、技術的サポート顧客要求仕様の理解・分析および最適な技術ソリューションの提案製品の技術説明、プレゼンテーション資料の作成・実施開発・設計部門との連携による製品仕様調整、カスタマイズ対応顧客からの技術的問い合わせ対応および不具合・改善要望へのフィードバック市場動向・競合情報の収集と製品戦略への反映プロジェクト進捗管理、見積・コスト調整支援【必須】エンジニア経験(メカでもOKだが、エレクトロニクスが理想)技術営業の経験自動車への興味【求める人物像】電機、電子メーカー出身者Automotive Interior Electronics Productsについて学ぶ意欲が必須な方【その他】年収:~10.5M ※スキル・経験による(応相談)チーム構成:5名前後You will be responsible for leading the business expansion of Automotive Interior Electronics products for OEM customers.Working closely with the sales team, you will collaborate with customers’ engineering departments to drive new business opportunities and expand existing projects through technical proposal activities.You will support sales activities from the early stages of product introduction through to mass production launch, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project execution with OEM customers.Main Responsibilities Promote Automotive Interior Electronics products to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers Conduct joint customer visits with sales representatives to provide technical proposals and support Analyze and understand customer requirements to propose optimal technical solutions Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product explanations Coordinate with internal development and design teams to adjust specifications and handle customization requests Respond to technical inquiries from customers and provide feedback on issues and improvement requests Collect market and competitor information and contribute to product strategy development Manage project progress and support quotation and cost coordination activitiesContribute to the definition of sales objectives and new projects for its Product LineBuilding and achieving the Order Intake (OI) target of the product line in the corresponding regionIdentify and propose targets, build and get a decision on New Project Approvals together with the KeyAccount Manager (if any)Work together with the Product Group Customer Director if there is a need notably to define the price strategyEnsure alignment between TDP and customer product/technology roadmapEnsure the right offers to the client, working closely with Project Management (PM)/R&DDeliver a Commercial Insight to the customerTeach the customer for differentiation and make him think differentlyLiaise with PM/R&D team(s) to tailor the right offer and supportTake all possible steps with PM/ R&D and Sales to offer a technical solution matching the specifications andeconomically competitiveTake the lead to meet specifications at targeted price.Train the local sales team to the productsSupport the OI budget & Mid Term Plan (MTP) process of the Product GroupWork together with the Product Group Sales Director and the team to make sure that the right targets in theProduct Line are budgeted and part of the MTP of the Product Group.Business Development Manager Performance IndicatorStrategic wins of the Product Line in the geographical perimeterRequired Experience Engineering background (mechanical acceptable, but electronics preferred) Experience in technical sales Strong interest in the automotive industryPreferred Profile / Ideal Candidate Background in electrical or electronic manufacturing companies Strong willingness to learn about Interior Electronics Products
