Together with its ecosystem partners, it provides integrated solutions for access control, smart lockers, and ticketing systems, creating seamless and secure experiences for users globally.About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Seoul. This role combines technical expertise with sales support, ensuring solutions are effectively demonstrated, positioned, and customized to meet client needs. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver technical presentations, solution designs, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses that drive successful outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support:Provide Level 1-3 technical support for software, cloud-based systems, and electronic access solutions.Troubleshoot issues, manage technical tickets, and escalate unresolved cases to global support.Prepare proof-of-concept solutions and assist in technical solution design.Sales Support:Conduct technical training for teams, partners, and customers.Deliver product demonstrations and pre-sales consultancy.Advise on product selection, configuration, and deployment strategies.Additional Duties:Ensure compliance with local laws and product certifications.Act as the local technical contact for global HQ and regional units.Maintain technical documentation and CRM records.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or similar role.Proven background in technical support, solution engineering, or pre-sales within access control or security systems.Fluent in Korean and English; strong presentation and communication skills.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and delivering technical training.Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Willingness to travel within South Korea.Key AttributesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Desired Skills and Experience- Pre Sales Engineer - Electronic Access Control Systems - Electronic Door locking
