Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam for a Technical Sales Manager. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing technical sales processes, providing technical support to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing account management. The role involves identifying client needs, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
