October 2025Custom made Micro Circuits for the worldwide marketHightec MC AG, founded 1992, is a state-of-the-art microelectronic manufacturer located in Olten, Switzerland, specialized in development and production of high-quality custom-made Micro Circuits based on thin film technology, such as MCM’s, Hybrids, superconductive flexible cryogenic cables and HiCoFlex®, our innovative ultra-thin flexible multilayer printed circuits solution. HiCoFlex® enables new dimensions for our customers applications; smaller, lighter, and thinner.To serve existing and potential new clients in markets like medical device technology, space & aircraft, high precision measuring devices and other industries and to expand our market shares in Europe and North America, we are looking for a qualified personality asTechnical Sales Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%Your responsibilities:Your main tasks will be the conception and active realization of sales activities to address specific market segments.Your ability to understand the specific needs, of the prospective customer allows you to support the process of turning difficult tasks into a state-of-the-art solution.You systematically acquire new customers and take care of the existing customers as well.You recognize the need of the clients, develop corresponding solutions, and take the responsibility to the successful conclusion of the contract in close cooperation with our R&D-team.You will be responsible for the bid proposal management in consideration with the cost-, deadline- and quality guidelines.Your area of responsibility also includes the participation at fairs and exhibitions. Our modern ERP-System will help you keeping track on your leads.Your personality:You have successfully completed a relevant technical basic education such as microsystems technology, electronic engineering or similar.Ideally, you have relevant market knowledge in the level of expertise.You know and understand the needs of international clients in Europe and North America.You are used to work autonomously and perform your tasks competent, professional and with the necessary analytical and networked thinking.You like the collaboration with the technical contact persons, have bargaining power to convince management and purchasing agents and your ambition is to reach a successful completion of your projects.You are German speaking and have very good command of the English and the French language.A competent and cultivated appearance completes your personal profile.Your perspective:A dedicated, and motivated team is waiting for you.You will have the opportunity to incorporate your competence and your technical flair, and thereby consistently develop yourself.Homeoffice 1 day a week possibleIf you can identify yourself with the job profile, please send us your application in English with photo per e-mail to Mrs. Claudia Kohl, claudia.kohl@hightec.ch.
