To strengthen the strategic development of our PrimeServ Industry segment at Everllence (former MAN Energy Solutions), we’re looking for a Sales Manager to support our after-sales brand PrimeServ in Poland, based in Gdańsk.As a Sales Manager, you’ll be part of a skilled and supportive international team, working independently and with real impact. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth, with responsibility for developing customer relationships and achieving both order intake and local revenue targets. You won’t just be contributing to the company’s success—you’ll be a key part of making it happen. We can offer you the following tasks Managing and coordinating customer care and service activities for the turbomachinery industry across your assigned region in Poland Acting as the main point of contact for PrimeServ technical inquiries related to service and maintenance operations Driving regional growth by supporting sales strategies - preparing budget quotations, securing order intake, generating revenue, and maintaining follow-ups on outstanding payments Contributing to business targets by supporting and implementing key initiatives (e.g. third-party service business development) Organization and management of technical sales projects / quotations including actively support of the tendering process, follow up on quotation- and customer requests and finding technical and commercial solutions in close cooperation with the regional sales organization and Product Centers Supporting commercial negotiations through to contract signing, and offering assistance during project execution phases Building strong customer relationships from initial outreach to deal closure, and maintaining long-term client trust Gathering and sharing market intelligence, tracking competitor activities, and identifying new project opportunities You Can Help Us With These Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Seasoned sales experience with 3+ years of related experience, in turbomachinery industries or rotating equipment Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment, turbomachinery, and related industrial processes High analytical ability with attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to effectively influence and engage decision-makers at all organizational levels Confident, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment Fast response to customer inquiries and evolving needs Fluency in both Polish and English (required) Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally to HQ in Germany and Switzerland (approximately 20% of the time) Our Benefits For You A competitive salary and flexible working conditions that support work-life balance An exciting role within a global and dynamic company, where initiative and fresh ideas are noticed and appreciated A healthy, internationally focused work environment with real collaboration across borders A strong commitment to employee development—we invest in your growth and support your career path in the direction you choose We’ll make sure you have everything you need to do your best work: a modern laptop, business phone, all the right software and tools.
