Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Industry: Biotechnology / Renewable Energy (Biodiesel) Location: We are hiring for several allocations;Java Island [Jakarta & Semarang]Kalimantan IslandSumatra Island Job Type: HybridJob Responsibilities:Responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to achieve established sales targets.Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and engaging potential clients.Gather and analyze market intelligence to support product optimization and enhance marketing strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.Recent graduate (within 1–2 years) with a strong sense of commitment, adaptability, and alignment with Chinese business culture.Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to achieve targets independently.Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal, reading, and writing abilities.Prior experience in upstream sales within the biodiesel production or renewable energy sector will be an advantage.
