Nalco Water, for its "heavy" division, works with clients in the metallurgy industry, particularly to efficiently manage water use and improve operational processes at its clients' sites.MissionYour role will be to develop our industrial water treatment activities (primarily in the metallurgy sector): you will provide technical and commercial support for clients as well as manage the implementation process in Belgium mostly (with clients around Charleroi, Gent, etc.).How You’ll Make An ImpactYou will manage water treatment programs (developing and recommending specific treatments), troubleshoot problems, and identify causes and consequences. You carry out your mission while respecting safety/environmental/quality standards and implementing service standardsYou provide customers with value-added services through technical expertise, application tracking, and monitoringYou achieve established revenue and growth targets and are responsible for profitability and customer satisfactionQualificationsHigher education in Chemistry, Environment/Water Treatment, Chemical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of commercial and industrial experienceField-oriented, dynamic, motivated, practical, pragmatic, organized, and autonomousAvailability, rigor, open-mindedness, teamwork, and initiativeFluent in Dutch and English, ideally with a good level of FrenchB driving licenseEvery day, we make the world cleaner, safer, and healthier by protecting people and vital resources.
