Bragi transformed into a software enabler for consumer brands, focusing on scaling its technology after investing more than $90 million in software and AI.We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Support to join our team in China. You will be responsible together with the sales team for winning new customers, managing our existing ones, and developing our business with semiconductor companies (SoCs), ODMs, and design houses (IDH). You will work closely with the headquarters in Europe and other team members to win and develop business with the biggest brands and players in the industry. Technical Sales SupportThis is a remote role based in Shenzhen, ChinaTasksIdentify new business opportunities, generate leads, and implement business development initiatives for domestic and overseas audio brandsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners (SoC, ODM, IDH) to provide tailored solutions and ensure positive experiencesConduct market research to track industry trends and competitorsProvide technical support and expertise during the sales and business development process, including product demonstrations, reports, technical presentations, and training sessionsTravel within Guangdong province (including Zhuhai, Dongguan, Shenzhen, etc.) and occasionally to other locations nationally and internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry eventsManage ODM and IDH data in CRM systems, develop and maintain ODM partnerships, and act as a liaison between Western brand customers and Eastern supply chain partnersRequirements5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, project management or international salesExperience in the consumer electronics industry is required; a background with ODMs or IDHs is preferredStrong technical knowledge of embedded systems, hardware / software technologies or manufacturing processes in the audio or consumer electronics domainExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsNative Mandarin speaker, fluent in EnglishBenefitsA platform product that is extremely technically challenging and will change how audio is consumed foreverWork in a creative, dynamic, and game-changing environment alongside many talented colleaguesBe part of the founding team in China and grow together with our rapidly expanding CN operationsCollaborate directly with global leading brands and top Audio & Cloud Software Service ProvidersHelp us develop the future of Audio Devices and Audio Apps, delivering magical experiences to 25M+ users in the next 12 months (existing base is 10M+)Opportunities to attend and represent us at international events and trade showsA flexible Learning & Development program—choose where you want to improve yourself10 professional coaching sessions with experts to support your growth
