Equipped with the technology, infrastructure, and partners running on one integrated system, Locad is on a mission to propel every business forwardWhy Choose Locad?Uncapped OTE earning potential25 Days of Paid Time OffHealth Maintenance Organisation (HMO) Coverage from Day OneProvided MacBook for Enhanced ProductivityAnnual Learning & Development Budget for Professional GrowthWhat You’ll Be DoingIdentifying and reaching out to Chinese brands and sellers who ship to the U.S. market.Generating new leads through outreach, events, partner networks, affiliates, and industry communities.Following up on inbound and warm leads in collaboration with the Marketing team.Running discovery calls to understand customer needs and recommend suitable logistics and fulfillment solutions.Supporting the sales team with research, prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline building.Coordinating and participating in marketing activities, including events, webinars, and partner programs.Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, associations, and ecosystem players.Preparing pitch decks, sales materials, and presentations for client meetings and events.Assisting new customers during onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition to internal teams.Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, processes, and account management workflows.What You Bring2+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce — in marketing, partnerships, operations, logistics, or Key Account Management.Familiarity with U.S. logistics, warehousing, and courier services.Strong understanding of the U.S. last-mile delivery ecosystem and fulfillment networks.Experience using consultative sales approaches, with the ability to handle objections and influence decisions.Demonstrated success in negotiations and managing stakeholders.A mindset of ownership, initiative, and accountability — you take charge and get things done.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.Strong project management skills and the ability to work across teams.Bonus if you have experience with U.S. platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Houzz, or DTC brands.Willingness to travel within China — mainly Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Shanghai.How to Apply:The best way to apply is to follow the link to our website. if you don't have a CV, a LinkedIn profile will do.Every application will receive a response.
