Talent Acquisition Specialist/Senior Specialist

In this role, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition strategy, acting as a detective and the first point of contact for top-tier candidates. You won't just fill roles; you will build pipelines and market our employer brand to ensure we have a continuous stream of diverse, high-caliber talent for our critical openings. Your day to day Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a multi-channel approach to build a robust and diverse candidate pipeline. Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and nurture a pipeline of candidates for current and future needs, keeping them engaged with our company's story and opportunities. Candidate Engagement: Craft and send personalized, compelling outreach messages that pique interest and generate positive responses from passive candidates. Candidate Experience: Provide a high-touch, positive, and memorable candidate experience from first contact onwards, serving as a brand ambassador for IHG. Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruiters to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and our long-term hiring strategy. Market Mapping: Conduct in-depth research and market mapping to provide insights on talent trends, competitor landscape, and benchmark data to the Talent Acquisition and Hiring teams. Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze pipeline metrics and sourcing effectiveness to continuously refine and improve our strategies.What we need from you You have 2+ years of experience in a dedicated talent sourcing or research role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You have a demonstrable track record of successfully building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. You are curious, persistent, and creative—you love the "thrill of the hunt" and solving complex talent puzzles. You are highly organized and can manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
