Responsibilities include researching and identifying cutting-edge industry technologies, collaborating with external solution providers, and facilitating the integration of these innovations across Ansell’s manufacturing network to enhance productivity, quality, flexibility, and reliability, thereby maintaining a competitive advantage.What can you expect from Ansell?Work for a world leader in the health and safety protection solutions industry.A secure workplace with competitive remuneration and annual bonus based on own and company performance.Flexible schedule with a combination of home and office-based working.Inclusive, collaborative, and supportive work atmosphere.A diverse and international work environment.What your role will be in details?You will be:Project Management: Lead and coordinate automation projects across multiple Ansell plants, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to define project objectives and ensure technical feasibility.Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using appropriate tools; manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to management.Risk & Resource Management: Identify and mitigate risks; delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and experience.Supplier Engagement: Evaluate and collaborate with equipment suppliers to optimize design and performance.Process Improvement: Develop diagrams, process maps, and smart sheets to document and improve automation processes.Teamwork & Adaptability: Handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a positive team environment.Continuous Learning: Attend training and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and enhance leadership skills.What you will bring?Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field) Experience in the manufacturing of body protection suits, garments, or disposable hygiene productsEffective communication skills in English and MandarinStrong knowledge of control system design and industrial automation relevant to body protection suits/ textile applicationsProficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi), SCADA, and HMI developmentExperience with troubleshooting and maintaining automated production systemsFamiliarity with industry safety standards and compliance practicesWhatever you do, take PRIDE:PassionReliableIntegrityDeliverEmpowermentJoin us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today!Equal Opportunity EmployerAnsell commits to securing an equal opportunity recruitment and selection process.
