Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Service Supervisor to lead our technical support and maintenance operations. This role will oversee the servicing, repair, and upkeep of our deployed assets, manage the technical team, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth technical support for both office and field operations. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with solid technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure service quality and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee asset servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance for both office-based and field-deployed equipment.Provide service support to malls and other client sites.Supervise the technical team, including scheduling, deployment, and task validation.Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and other required records.Act as technical liaison between operations, mall representatives, and regional technical engineers.Coordinate with suppliers and manage critical parts procurement.Conduct IT equipment research and development for service improvement.Prepare and issue service quotations for client activities.Assist in shop drawing verification and quality assurance of implemented designs.Ensure content updates and validation of field engineers’ work, including photos and monthly reports.Maintain deployed assets to ensure full operational condition.QualificationsGraduate of a Technical-related course (Computer Technology, IT, Instrumentation Technology, Computer and Electronics Engineering preferred).At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical service, asset maintenance, or related roles.Knowledge of IoT and power control systems.Skilled in conventional and wave soldering techniques.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for computer and electronic issues.Basic electrical knowledge.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Strong technical writing abilities.Background in computer network management and LED systems is a plus.Customer-focused with excellent communication and coordination skills.Why Join Us?At Prestige Interactive, you’ll lead a team that keeps our innovative display and advertising systems running at their best.
