Technology meets crime prevention.As a Technical Services Intern, you will be providing support to projects across a range of EMSOU departments.You’ll be developing your research and investigative skills, supporting with innovative ideas, new ways of working and looking at new technologies that can advance our understanding of crime.Use data, research and emerging technologies to support crime prevention.What You’ll Be DoingCommunicating with researchers, law enforcement professionalsDesigning, implementing and reporting on specific projects identified by various departments.Assisting with the collation, interpretation and reporting of information to stakeholdersThe must havesEnrolled in an undergraduate degree in a subject relevant to this role e.g. Computer Sciences, Physics, Cyber Security etc. and completed the first 2 years successfullyCan problem solve, plan approaches and record resultsExperience of delivering written reports and verbal briefingsWhat’s in it for you?By joining us, you will be part of a team of highly skilled, professional, and dedicated colleagues and partners, who are committed to policing with integrity.
