Job Description
We are looking for monday.com Technical Specialists to join our amazing team!You’ll work closely with our customers to implement and customize monday.com to meet their business needs and overcome challenges.In this role, you will train, advise, and consult with customers to optimize their use of monday.com products—including Work Management, CRM, Dev & Service. You will also collaborate with customers and internal account teams to ensure customer success, while planning and managing projects.Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.comResponsible for working with customers to solve complex issues by defining their unique setup with monday.com, documenting, and architecting the buildsRun discovery sessions and workshops to define current and future statesPlan and design customer onboarding solutions, API integrations, reporting programs, custom scripting, user management, user guides, and presentationsDesign and execute complex data migrations from legacy systems to monday productsCreate complex solutions utilizing developer tools such as the monday APIs and apps frameworkSupplement workflows using low-code tools like Zapier, Make.com, Workato, Mulesoft, etcPush the limits of the monday.com Work OS by building complex workflows for clientsWork with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into monday.com and ensure clear end-user training plansEmpower customers to connect their goals and challenges with monday.com solutionsConduct quality assurance and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients on custom solutionsAct as a project manager for small to medium projects that do not warrant a dedicated PMBuild, own, and execute implementation project plansParticipate and present in online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on product featuresTo be successful in this role, you will have: Requirements4+ years of hands-on experience with monday.com (either as a technical specialist or super user)Technical knowledge of other platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft) highly desirableExperience with monday.com AI highly regardedProfessional Experience4–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a Technical Customer Success / Implementation Manager / Technical Project Management / Technical Account Management / Technological Consulting role—specifically within onboarding and implementation of softwareExperience in leading product implementation projects involving hands-on implementationStrong project management skills to keep projects on track and manage unique workflowsAt least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizationsSkills & AttributesStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audienceSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executivesPositive attitude, empathy, and high energyBy applying for this role, your contact details will be securely stored in our candidate database.
