Our client, a global leading IT company, is recruiting for a Technical Specialist - Service Desk to join their business in Luxembourg.Position Title:Technical Specialist - Service DeskPosition TypePermanentStart Date:ASAPLocation:Luxembourg(hybrid)Contact:Bojan Ulemek | +49 89 23 88 98 671Responsibilities:Handle requests by phone or email and log them in the ticket management toolDiagnose incidents, resolve them directly, or assign them to internal teamsFollow up on the processing of requests or incidents assigned to internal teamsCollaborate on the implementation of relevant procedures to improve the operation of the service deskTake charge of any other request made by the management considering the professional and personal skills of the employeeRequirements:Education Level (or equivalent): Diploma level 'Baccalaureate (technical)' to Bac+2 (2 years post-secondary education)Specialization: Telecom and IT networks, ITRequired Experience: 3 to 5 years of experienceSkills:Strong understanding in computer softwareBasic knowledge in IT/Telecom networksSome understanding in basic supporting tooling and appropriate processesGood knowledge on Service Now, Windows, Office365, Adobe, etc.French and English speaking is mandatory.
