What a Technical Specialist Does At HPConduct investigation and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and process failures.Plan and carry out timely and effective maintenance programs.Review machine data; analyze and implement corrective or preventive actions to improve equipment reliability, utilization, and yield performance.Maintain appropriate levels of spare parts and ensure proper documentation for all assigned equipment.Comply with HP policies, including ISO 9000/50000 and EHS&S 14000/18000 programs.Lead or participate in process development and simplification projects aimed at improving product quality and workflow efficiency.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Diploma in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering, or Higher Nitec with at least 2 years of relevant experience.IT proficiency in PC setup, network reconnection, and data backup activities.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
