Technical Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join the Viettel America.Viettel America (VTA) is a U.S.-based company headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, with a supporting office in Vietnam. The company is operated and managed by Viettel Global Investment Corporation (VTG). Our Core Business Areas includes: International Wholesale Services; ICT and Digital Solutions; Technology Hub.JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist the Company’s Board of Directors in technical operations, lead technical activities, manage the operation of VTA’s infrastructure systems, and ensure the quality of international services.Register and monitor all partners on the system; perform monthly traffic reconciliation and reporting.Lead the planning, solution design, and preparation of technical documentation; propose and implement technical infrastructure and business solutions to support Viettel’s internal connections, international business services, new products, and anti-fraud initiatives.Operate, maintain, and optimize technical infrastructure systems to ensure service quality for international business lines such as A2P, transmission, new digital services, and international fraud prevention.Research technology trends, propose service quality KPIs, and provide consulting and operational support for international services across Viettel Group’s member networks.Monitor service KPIs to ensure compliance with company standards; analyze and report on customer service and quality-related issues; support the operations of international services for Viettel Group’s subsidiaries.Act as Project Manager, Presales, or Technical Sales for specialized solutions such as A2P, Firewall, AI-based solutions, and IT systems.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s degree (Good or above) in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related fields.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.Additional Skills:Solid understanding of business analysis and process modeling techniques such as business function modeling, relational data modeling, UML, Use Case diagrams, and BPMN.Ability to build product/application prototypes is an advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Capable of writing training materials, mentoring staff, working independently, and managing assigned tasks effectively.English proficiency: Fluent in English (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent); capable of working with international partners.Work location: 39th–40th Floors, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower (with potential relocation opportunities to the United States market).
