Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Agent (Voice & Non-Voice) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical support through voice and non-voice channels. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer inquiries, and leveraging analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skillsTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work on-site in Cairo, EgyptExperience in a technical support role is a plusBachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous
