Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support/Customer Service Agent (Chat Account) based in Maadi,Cairo. The agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, managing customer accounts, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients. The role involves addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and offering appropriate solutions quickly and efficiently.
