Technical Support Analyst

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Forsyth, GA office.Below are the additional details of this role: Required Qualifications:We need a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in the following.Hands on experience managing Google Workspace and Google Workspace for Education and Chrome OS devicesProviding IT support or systems administration in an enterprise environment.Proficiency with Google Admin Console, Chrome Management Console and Google workspaceProficiency in Apple products and Mac supportKnowledge of network connectivity, Wi-Fi troubleshooting and endpoint security best practicesExperience supporting web-based applications and learning management systems (LMS)This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US.
