Chittagong Online Limited is looking for Technical Support Desk ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityCOLBD is looking for fresh graduates for the position of ‘Technical Support Desk Executive’ (aka. ‘Executive, Technical Support Desk’) to ensure its services and support to customers by communication over phone, messenger and email.Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:Providing quick Technical and Service related Support and Feedback over phone to Customers, ‘exactly the same way you would want as a customer’.Receiving, registering and tracking Customer complaints/requests over phone calls, emails and other channels (e.g. messenger or through other persons).Forwarding and escalating these issues to appropriate persons/ divisions/ departments and following up actions.Recording details of actions taken for future analysis.Visits to customer premises or other sites is NOT required.Working with Network Infrastructure hardware/equipment like router or switch etc. may be required.Employment StatusContractEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsDiplomaExperience RequirementsAt most 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):ISP,Call CenterJob LocationChattogram (Chattogram Sadar)SalaryTk. 12000 - 12500 (Monthly)
