Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support, identifying and resolving product-related issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Support onsite project activities, including system checks, troubleshooting, and coordination to ensure successful implementation.3. Introduce new product features to the Customer, help customer to select and configure products.4. Conduct product and technical training for customers to enhance their operational competence and understanding of the solution.Requirements:1. Minimum 2 years of technical experience in the ICT industry, preferably with exposure to CCTV, networking, or security systems.2. English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication with customers and team members.3. Basic documentation and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare presentation slides, simple reports, or consolidate technical materials when needed.4. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination abilities, with a proactive and responsible work attitude.5. Willingness to support on-site activities and travel as required by project needs.
