As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, customer service, and delivering smart security solutions.What You’ll Do:Provide day-to-day technical support to users, both on-site and remotelyMaintain up-to-date product comparison sheets for sales and pre-sales teamsConduct on-site surveys and prepare BoQs for potential clientsWarm-transfer inbound calls to relevant departments when necessaryContinuously build technical expertise through training sessions, product manuals, and principal support resourcesParticipate in—and when eligible, lead—in-house training and presentations on new product features and market positioningPerform troubleshooting, commissioning and routine maintenanceShare insights on product performance, competitor activity, and client feedback to enhance sales strategies and offeringsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSolid understanding—or willingness to learn—low-voltage security systems used in commercial environmentsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team settingDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesSkills That Set You ApartConfident and proactive in customer interactionsSkilled in persuasive communication and technical troubleshootingFriendly, solution-focused mindset with a passion for helping othersWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based commissionsHealth and wellness benefitsCareer development and upskilling opportunitiesA collaborative, high-energy work cultureCompany-provided laptop, transportation/vehicle, and smartphone with monthly data plan
