Technical Support Engineer (Maximo)

Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans within IBM Maximo.Create and manage work orders, job plans, and task lists to ensure accurate scheduling.Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to align asset management strategies.Monitor asset performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as asset reliability, downtime, and work completion rates.Provide training and support to end-users on Maximo functionalities.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement upgrades or enhancements.Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site.Address technical issues on-site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training.Collaborate closely with the technical support team and R&D department to feedback on-field issues and suggest improvements.Continuously follow up on customer after-sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards when performing any on-site work.Qualifications:1. Education Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.2. Experience Requirements:- Proven experience (5+ years) working with IBM Maximo, specifically in planning and scheduling.- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, maintenance strategies, and reliability engineering.- Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and Maximo customization.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.3. Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic, with working proficiency in English.4. Skills Requirements and Certification Requirements:- Familiarity with Maximo integrations (ERP, SCADA, GIS).- Certification in IBM Maximo or related asset management systems.- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance techniques.Other Requirements:- Willingness to work on project site and adapt to flexible working hours.
