One of our clients is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented fresher to join their IT Support team as a Technical Support / Helpdesk Officer. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in IT, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting support, and ensuring smooth daily operations of IT systems within a professional work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.Log, track, and document support requests and problem resolutions.Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant teams when necessary.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.Assist with setting up user accounts, access permissions, and IT onboarding.Support IT team in regular system maintenance and updates.Maintain confidentiality and data security standards at all times.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
