This position requires a dynamic leader with exceptional managerial skills to own and optimize support processes, ensure efficient team operations, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.What you'll be doing:Leading and managing the Technical Support team (spread across the world), providing mentorship and guidance to team membersOwning and optimizing technical support processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficiencyFostering a collaborative team environment to resolve issues and improve overall service qualityMotivating and supporting team members in their professional development and growthEnsuring adherence to SLAs and performance metricsAbout you: 3+ managerial experience in a technical support or IT service management environmentStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with process improvement and optimizationExperience with different monitoring tools, e.g., Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Proficiency in relevant technical skills (e.g., Unix OS, SQL, Python) is a plusExperience with DevOps/SRE is a plusEnglish level B2 or higherWhat you will get in return: Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
