About the RoleAs a Technical Support & Operations NSP, you’ll assist our team in managing IT systems, VoIP setups, CRM integrations, and cloud technologies. This role provides practical experience in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and technical support while working alongside experienced engineers.Key Responsibilities• Assist with basic troubleshooting of system, network, and software-related issues.• Support system administration tasks, including cloud infrastructure and Linux configurations under supervision.• Help with CRM and business software integrations.• Monitor systems and document performance issues for escalation.• Assist with VoIP/PBX configurations and general IT support.• Support automation initiatives for improving efficiency.• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain support logs.• Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows.Who We’re Looking For• Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field (open to Ashesi graduates only, but other graduates from any university are welcome to apply)• Basic knowledge of networking, Linux, and system administration.• Interest in VoIP, cloud systems, and CRM integrations.• Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn.• Good teamwork and communication skills.What You’ll Gain• Practical skills in IT operations and technical support.• Experience with real-world telecom and system integration projects.• Mentorship from senior technical staff.
