Kotlin Developer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Java/Kotlin Developer with a strong background in application development and hands-on experience with EMV-based systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining secure and high-performance applications that integrate with payment terminals, card processors, and backend services.This role requires a developer who understands both the technical and compliance aspects of the EMV ecosystem, including transaction processing, card data security, and POS device integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Kotlin for Android and backend environments.Implement and integrate EMV kernel operations for chip-based card processing.Collaborate with payment processors, acquirers, and gateway partners to ensure seamless EMV transaction flows.Work closely with hardware teams to support POS terminal integrations, device communication, and SDK management.Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, EMVCo, and industry security standards.Debug, test, and optimize transaction flows to ensure reliability and low latency.Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, QA testers, and DevOps teams.Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Document technical processes and integration guides for internal and external teams.
