Job Title: Technical Support Representative (Full-Time)Location: Remote / On-Site (as applicable) Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Eastern Time Zone) Position Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Representatives to join our support team. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to technical queries while ensuring an excellent support experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers via chat, email, or phone.Identify, diagnose, and resolve product-related issues efficiently.Escalate complex technical issues to the next level of support when necessary.Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.Follow company procedures and maintain service level standards.Provide feedback and insights to improve product performance and customer experience.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer service role.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Good understanding of basic networking, operating systems, and software troubleshooting.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Willingness to work night shifts (Eastern Time Zone).If you think you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please email your resume at careers@amigo-software.com.We look forward to hearing from you!
