Technical Support Specialist (API Testing - Postman)

Job Description

Technical Skills Required● Experience with API testing tools (Postman) and understanding of REST APIs● Working knowledge of databases and SQL for basic queries and troubleshooting● Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)Key Responsibilities● Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems in aprofessional and timely manner● Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to product● Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear technical explanations● Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support database● Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams when necessary● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and technical procedures● Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes● Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficientlyRequired Qualifications● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (orequivalent experience)● 2+ years of experience in technical support role● Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and troubleshootingmethodologies● Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)● Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail● Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users● Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
