At Astara, your ideas and talent move us forward!The RoleProviding technical support for the authorized service network and internal company departments in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and implementing service procedures for vehicles distributed by the company. If you need any further assistance or have more text to translate, feel free to let me know!Main Functions/ResponsibilitiesProviding technical support for Authorized Service Organizations (ASO)Case analysis and technical consultations with service centers1st and 2nd level technical supportMonitoring and reporting fault trends and creating technical bulletinsCooperation with other company departments in terms of technical supportSupport in implementing service campaigns and software updatesSupervision of diagnostic tools and support for service centers in their useTechnical visits to service centersMonitoring and reporting product technical quality to the manufacturerAchieving the KPI targets set by the manufacturerProfessional Experience/QualificationsTechnical education (preferred fields: mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics)Experience working in a car service or in the technical department of a distributorKnowledge of the construction and operation of modern vehicles (combustion and/or electric)Ability to analyze technical documentation and electrical diagramsFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and ability to use themCommunication skills and ability to clearly convey technical informationProficiency in English sufficient to read documentation and communicate with the manufacturerCategory B driving licensePreferredExperience in dealing with the ASO networkKnowledge of warranty procedures and DMS/importer reporting systemsKnowledge of other language Japanese, German, or French (would be an additional asset)We OfferStable employment in a well-established company.A real impact on the quality of service and technical processes.A friendly work atmosphere and collaboration with a professional teamBenefits: company car, fuel card, Multisport card, health insurance, life insurance
