Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and issue resolution for ERP and WMS systems.Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues related to Inventory, Sales Orders, Purchasing, and Production modules.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth system operation and timely issue escalation.Support users by answering system-related queries and providing training or documentation when needed.Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates or enhancements.Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for process efficiency.Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, incidents, and solutions.Qualifications & Requirements✅ Experience with any Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Produmex, LISA, HighJump, Körber, Infor, Manhattan Associates, Dynamics 365, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar systems.✅ Experience with Any ERP Systems: SAP B1, Macola, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, S4 HANA, Acumatica, Epicor, or Infor — particularly within Inventory, Sales Orders, Purchasing, and Production modules.
