Looking for a new Technical Support opportunity in a global company focused on R&D development?Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, providing end-to-end support across the full lifecycle of the company's livestock solutions.Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to deliver seamless pre- and post-installation assistance, including training, onboarding, and technical guidance.Manage and resolve customer inquiries and product issues through phone, email, and CRM/ticketing systems, ensuring timely completion of Level 1–3 support tasks.Deliver product training, knowledge sharing, and industry insights to customers and internal teams, maintaining up-to-date expertise in the dairy sector and the company's technologies.Requirements: Experience in Technical SupportExperience with both software and hardware supportExperience with the dairy/farming/agriculture industryStrong English skillsDoes this match with your experience?Could it be your next opportunity or career move?
