This includes, but is not limited to:Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to reported problemsIdentifying potential code bugs and escalating as neededMaintaining prompt, ongoing, and accurate communications to customers and 3rd party stakeholders throughout the course of a reported issueParticipating, with assistance, in customer calls as neededGain comfort with database queries and review of dataConsistent agreed-upon performance levels goals/metrics reachedLead Customer calls for issue resolution, education or escalationTake ownership of expanding internal and external knowledge base via technical notes and customer-facing articlesAssist colleagues with continuing education when availableRequirements & SkillsBS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceMinimum 2+ yrs in customer-facing technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer General understanding of software flow, execution, and development processesBasic understanding of API and cloud technology, including basic database knowledge and utilities for monitoring and logging API transactions is helpfulDemonstrated expertise in utilizing tools such as Postman, Observe/Kibana and Snowflake are an added assetStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and multi-tasking skillsHighly customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skillsFluency in written & verbal English & any one of the European languages is mandatoryExperience with SQL is an additional asset100% In-office Commitment: Employees are expected to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in the office five days weeklyDiversity & InclusionAt project44, we're designing the future of how the world moves and is connected through trade and global supply chains.
