One of Stellar's exciting clients is searching for a Support Specialist to join their team for a long term contract opportunity. This position involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support and effective resolution of IT-related issues for their staff of over 1000 employees. To learn more, apply now or email your profile to info@stellar-recruitment.com.Responsibilities:Support internal employees with technical issues involving Microsoft related technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues Strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systemsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing user inquiries.Collaborate with team leads and other IT professionals to ensure efficient problem resolution.Document and track support requests, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.Qualifications:Previous experience providing Support in an enterprise environmentRelated IT certifications such as ITIL, MTA, or MCSAStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.Available to work some shift work if applicablePay: $45-53 per/hour12 month contract, 5 days in office downtown VancouverPlease note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
