Job title: Technical Training Manager / Head of Technical TrainingClient: Tech FirmSalary: £60,000-£80,000 + BonusLocation: Near BracknellSkills: Training, People Management, eLearning, System TrainingThe role:My client are looking to bring in an experienced Technical Training Manager to head up their Training function.The role (at least initially) will be largely office based.Duties will be multi-faceted, including:Producing, organising and delivering eLearning content for internal and external useExperience in Training technical software / systems to technical and non-technical usersCreating Training programs for areas such as CertificationCreating Training frameworks and implementing these company wideResponsible for a direct reportEngaging with stakeholders to gather and define requirementsInstrumental in producing and delivering materials to new staff and graduatesIdentifying milestones and objectives within Training plansTravelling to customer sites (where required) to deliver Training in personUtilising internal company resourcesServing as a dynamic leader with a ‘get stuff done’ attitudePlease apply ASAP for more information.
