Technical Training Supervisor

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.Responsibilities:Maintain and oversee aftersales training programs.Develop training curricula for aftersales teams.Manage the dealer manpower database.Deliver Chery’s standard training materials to dealer participants.Develop standard training modules and manage training facilities.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in the 4W automotive industry, preferably with exposure to EV products.Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills.Familiar with training module and curriculum development.Possessing a BNSP certification is an advantage; knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting is essential.Kindly ensure your CV is written in English.
