About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for both a Technical Writer and Technical Writing Coordinator on a Long term contract basis. The roles will be supporting the Operational Readiness team on a Major Gas Field development.You’ll create and maintain critical documentation—operating manuals, maintenance procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance documents—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with regulatory standards.Contract DetailsStart Date: November 2025Duration: 12 months (likely extension)Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks offLocation: Onshore Site in North Western TurkeyKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and update operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and readiness checklists.Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, operations, and HSE teams to gather technical data.Ensure documentation complies with project and regulatory standards.Review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.Maintain version control and manage deliverables through document management systems.Provide documentation that supports safe start-up and early operations.Qualifications & Experience required3–5 years of technical writing experience in oil & gas or large industrial projects.Familiarity with operational readiness and commissioning processes is a plus.Strong understanding of technical writing standards and document control systems.Excellent written communication and attention to detail.Knowledge of Turkish regulatory compliance is desirable
