A combination of Notion and The Trade Desk.We may fit those who (want to)Challenge the status quo and have the “yes if” mindset.Believe strongly that you can build product and service to make an impact at global scale.Eventually participate in shaping our product and company strategy.Debate and be listened.What you will doWrite and update user-facing guides, FAQs, playbooks, and one-pagers.Organize documentation categories, pages, and navigation for easy access.Maintain a product glossary and ensure terminology consistency across UI, docs, and internal materials.Track product releases, identify documentation updates, and retire outdated content.Create concise resources that enable CSM and Support teams to share information quickly.Who you are1–3 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or SaaS content.Excellent written English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with documentation tools such as Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or Zendesk Guide.Nice to HaveUX writing or content design experience.Ability to create simple diagrams or visual aids.Background in software development, QA, or product operations.What We OfferOwnership of all product documentation and knowledge base.Opportunity to shape how information is shared internally and with users.Competitive salary and benefits within a fast-growing SaaS company.
